POLAND 2024 Impact Report autorstwa FLEX Poland

In 2024, FLEX alumni across Poland organized over 240 community-based activities, reaching more than 14,300 people in 23 cities. These projects not only promoted American values and civic engagement but also strengthened local communities through volunteerism and cultural exchange.

A few numbers that really stood out:

  • 1,092 FLEX alumni took part in activities this year.

  • We had over 1,300 non-alumni volunteers join in—an amazing show of local support.

  • 70% of events were led by our incredible team of City Representatives.

  • Focus areas included youth development (26%), helping people in need (18%), and civic responsibility (16%).
