Ola’s American Memories

Ola, our FLEX Alumna 2021/2022 shared her story about her American experience on the FLEX Program.

Ola’s best memory from American high school was her going to prom called Spring Fling. Along with her girl friends she went dress hunting and then they got ready all together. The students danced all night long and had time of their lives. Ola’s best friend was the actual organizer of the party, which made her really proud.

When it comes to her host family, she mesmerises the best country music concert in Seattle. She got the tickets from her family for her graduation. She would have never believed she’d become a country music fan before coming to the States. This shows how FLEX opens your horizons and opens you up to other cultures!
